文明与自信

在茫茫人生大海中，我们需要一张风帆作为我们前进的动力，那就是自信。广义的讲自信本生就是一种积极性，是在自我评价上的积极态度；狭义的讲，自信是发自内心的自我肯定与相信！

无论在人际交往中，还是在学习工作上，自信都非常重要。因为只有你先相信自己，别人才可以相信你。自信是走向成功的伴侣；是战胜困难的利剑；是通向理想彼岸的舟楫。有了它，就迈出了成功的第一步；有了它，就踏上了义无反顾的追求路。有了自信，一双脚便能走遍大漠沙海，脚下就能飘起丝绸之路；有了自信，一双手便能雕绘出莫高窟的金碧辉煌，便能托起探索宇宙的神舟七号。

我们之所以能是因为我们相信能。人生需要目标，有目标才有奋斗，有奋斗才会充实，要充实必定要自信。有人说：有自信，不一定能成功；但是没有自信，一定不能成功。

自信不能够停留在想象上，要成为自信者就必须向自信者一样去行动，我们在生活中自信的说了话，做了事，自信就能确立起来。面对社会，我们需要用每一个自信的表情，自信的手势，自信的语言向世界宣告我们能是因为我们自信。

如果你失去了今天你不算失败，因为明天还会来；如果你丢失了金钱你不算失败，因为人生的价值不再钱袋；如果你丢失了文明礼貌，你就是个彻彻底底的失败者，因为你已然失去了做人的真谛。

礼貌涵盖了人与人，人与社会，人与自然之间的关系，他作用的一方面是追求个人道德的完善，另一方面是维护公共秩序。一个社会的公共文明礼貌可以折射出一个社会，一个国家的文明程度。中华民族素有“礼仪之邦”的美誉，孔子曾说过“礼仪是一个人修身养性，持家立业，治国平天下的基础”我们作为中国未来重要的希望与栋梁，在社会交往中更要以礼待人，使对方对你有良好的印象。

礼节是对他人态度的外在表现和行为规则，在语言行为中代表着一个人的素质与修养。礼貌强调的是在社交场合中适当的待人接物的态度和得体的行为举止，表达对别人的尊重和敬意。你是否因自卑而从不主动向师长问好；你是否因自卑而从不参与同学们的热烈讨论；你是否因自卑甚至不能完整流利的回答老师提出的一个简单问题；你是否发觉你已在不知不觉中丧失了应有的礼貌。如果是这样，请你走出自卑的避风港踏上自信的征程，自卑与自信虽然只有一字只差，但是二者的道路却是大相径庭，自信充满阳光自卑则布满阴云。试试主动与同学交流，主动向师长问好吧！那样你才能真正体会到自信的美丽。

满城霓虹，星夜流云，我们再次来到了北京，参加中学生提案提交全国政协大会新闻说明会。

在参加模拟政协之前，我对“政协”的概念仅仅停留在课本上的“政治协商”、“参政议政”、“民主监督”，但对政协本身的精神内涵、提案的形成、会议流程等等都是模糊不清的。通过这届模拟政协活动的全程参与，我对这一中国特色政党制度有了更加深刻的认识。因为参与，才了解；因为参与，才懂得。

这次去北京，不同于先前，少了份稚嫩，多了份稳重。当面对着众多全国政协委员时，我才意识到自己需要历练的地方实在太多了。在提交的6份提案中，有关注智慧养老的，有关注农业电商的，有聚焦校园欺凌的，有促进全民阅读、推广口袋书的，有推广医疗急救设施的。在这些提案的说明展示中，我能时刻感受到我们新一代青少年群体勇于担当的责任感和特有的活力与激情。少年强则国强，我们是国家的未来，天下兴亡，匹夫有责。从我做起，从现在做起。我们一定行。

距离去年的八月，已然过去了很久。那个八月，我们以文字求理解，以数据求真实，以言语求交流，以提案善民生。唇枪舌战、电光火石的思维碰撞将我们从为小我拼搏的学海带往为民生立命的舞台。

   这份关于《关于加快落实环卫工人权益的提案》承载着我们社团全体成员的心血。我们内心多么迫切的希望，我们的模拟不止步于此；多么迫切的希望，我们的模拟能走向真实；多么迫切的希望，我们的提案不再是留于纸面的空喊，而是替我们高中生发声，替环卫工人群体呐喊的民生宣言……

今年3月1日的下午，我们再次齐聚北京。当我们在主流媒体的镜头前吐露心声时，当我们在新闻发布会上诉说民生时，当我们将这份提案提交两会时，我们，终于从“模拟”走向了“真实”。

“风声雨声读书声声声入耳，家事国事天下事事事关心。”若谈及我们此行之所得，我定言：坐观天下风云事，耳纳万物吐息声。我们中学生不仅要读好书，还要关心国家、关心政治、关心天下民生、体会世间百态。我们本是一张白纸，书本的知识让我们墨染黑白，而这两次北京之行，让我们褪于黑白，浸于赤红。

 始于良善 终于责任

借此机会，我首先想要表达的是感激之情。感谢校长室对我们模拟政协社团的充分肯定，感谢学生发展处、团委的倾心指导，感谢各位老师、同学对我们的支持，感谢原高一1、2、4、7、8班同学在提案调研过程中的积极配合，正是因为有了你们的热情参与，才使我们的提案有了鲜活的素材和扎实的现实依据。特别感谢社团核心团队：王昊、成叶思、贾哲、吴芊、忻铭磊、王莎莎、戴伊筱和熊苏婉等八名同学的辛勤付出。我们在一起，以关爱环卫工人的简单初心开始，却走向我们可能一开始并未想到的某种宏大。

14、32、6，这组数字见证了我们模拟政协的成长之路。2016年7月中旬，我们参加了常州市模拟政协展评，从大市14所高中学校中突围而出，获得参加北京全国赛的资格。8月上旬，我们与来自全国的32所重点高中在北京进行了为期5天的多轮比拼，获得了最佳提案、最佳调研报告等分量十足的重要奖项。今年3月1日，我们的提案再次从原有的最佳提案中胜出，成为最终提交本届全国政协大会的6份中学生提案之一。我们的三中学子，以自信、阳光、有担当的姿态走向政治前台，亮出属于自己的色彩。只要我们愿意定下心来做一件事，我们一定会把它做到最好。

当看到你们为了在活动中表现出色而讨论研究至凌晨，看到你们在集中展示时的自信满满，看到界别讨论、模拟新闻发言人等小组活动中的慷慨陈词，看到活动休息时与人大附中、衡水中学等代表团的同学热烈交流，甚至成为了好朋友，我真的为你们感到自豪。诚以待人，毅以行事。你们用行动生动地诠释了我们的校训“诚毅”。同学们，你们真棒！

如果给这次模拟政协活动一个注脚，我想，莫过于一句话，“始于良善，终于责任”。希望我们的同学始终保持一颗赤子之心，做有责任感和使命感的现代公民。你们是小公民，也有大情怀。你们是小委员，也有大担当。谢谢大家！
